About
Kristy is a mother of four and has been married for over twenty years. She holds a degree in Human Development & Family Studies & is Master Certified in Splankna. She is also an ordained pastor, and though she no longer feels called to serve on a church staff, she does feel called to lead her clients in Biblical truths and toward a personal relationship with Christ.
She has co-founded a non-profit retreat ministry, that hosts multiple retreats each year. She works out of her home office & is passionate about serving children, women, men, & married couples.
Her work is rooted in Biblical principles, & she values giving her clients the time and space they need to process. She believes true healing comes from connecting the whole person body, spirit, and soul to the Father and seeking His will for our life.

Methods
Splankna work brings together the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of an issue all at once. This “whole person” approach can often facilitate change at a deeper level than more traditional methods. When body, soul, and spirit work together, the potential for change is maximized.
Splankna harnesses remarkable mechanisms created by God in the mind-body connection. We provide a highly effective procedure for quickly relieving a wide range of emotional symptoms.

Biblical Truths
In my practice, I operate from the belief that the Bible is the Word of God and serves as a foundational guide for understanding and discerning His voice. I regularly incorporate biblical principles and truths into my work with clients.
By inviting God to be an active voice in the process of healing and grounding our understanding in Scripture, clients are not only partnering with a trained practitioner, but also engaging with the Creator. This approach allows for a deeply meaningful and transformative healing process.
In our work together, we turn to the Bible for wisdom, insight, and direction—especially when clients feel stuck in unhealthy patterns. Through this process, we seek clarity and practical guidance for taking intentional steps toward growth and lasting change.
Cognitive Awareness
While I am not a licensed counselor in the state of Colorado, I incorporate cognitive awareness practices into my work with clients. This approach focuses on increasing insight into the underlying thoughts and patterns that influence behavior.
My goal is to help clients develop a deeper understanding of why they respond in certain ways and to support them in making intentional, informed decisions that lead to healthier, more constructive outcomes.
Spiritual Awareness
While spiritual practices are sometimes viewed with hesitation in modern Christian culture, I believe that spiritual health is an essential component of overall well-being. In many cases, the role of the spirit is minimized or misunderstood—often reduced to something inactive or equated solely with subconscious processes.
In my practice, I emphasize the importance of engaging the spiritual dimension as part of the healing process. I believe that meaningful and lasting change requires attention to the deeper aspects of our being, where many unhealthy patterns originate. By addressing these areas, we can begin to
reshape thought patterns, behaviors, and responses in a more intentional and life-giving way.
A central focus of my work is helping clients develop greater awareness of their inner life and fostering the ability to listen and respond to their spirit in alignment with the Holy Spirit. This process supports deeper healing, clarity, and personal transformation.
Physical Awareness
As holistic, triune beings, it is important to recognize the role of the physical body in processing and storing the effects of trauma. When clients present with physical symptoms, I consider how these experiences may be connected to underlying emotional and spiritual factors.
In my practice, we bring these concerns before the Lord, seeking insight into the root causes of the body’s responses. By addressing the deeper spiritual and emotional dimensions, clients often experience meaningful shifts that can positively impact their physical well-being.
This integrative approach supports a more comprehensive path to healing, acknowledging the interconnectedness of body, soul, and spirit.
Homework
Whether you meet for a single session or a more intensive experience, practices outside of our time together can be a meaningful part of the healing journey. While some healing happens quickly, the Lord often invites us into ongoing growth through faithful, daily disciplines.
God is both willing and able to heal, yet His work in our lives often goes beyond immediate comfort, drawing us into deeper spiritual formation and holiness.
At times, I may suggest simple, prayerful practices to engage in at home. These are always an invitation and never a requirement, but can help you remain attentive to the Lord’s voice and continue cultivating what He is doing in your life. As with all aspects of our work together, I seek His guidance in offering these practices and trust Him to lead you in them.
